In the past, Sue Rosa had been making it her business to serve the needs of others through restaurants and amusement parks management. You may recognize her as the owner for 8 years of Pepperoni Station, a pizza restaurant in Edmond. While developing lifelong friendships and contacts at the restaurant, she and her husband bought investment properties that she manages.
Now Sue is committed to helping others enjoy responsible home ownership. Sue says, “Real Estate is an exciting career”. She is able to utilize her qualities of empathy, patience, a calm demeanor and her talents of persistence, attention to detail, an expert negotiator, and problem solver.
She attends Church of the Servant and tutors at Eisenhower Elementary and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
Her industry affiliations include the OKC Board of Realtors, the Edmond Board of Realtors, a Certified Mortgage Liaison, and a graduate of the Realtor Institute.
